Terms & Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations that govern the use of our transportation services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Terms & Conditions
  1. Client hereby verifies that ALL of the above information is correct and represents to be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into this contract.
  2. Client shall be liable for all damages to the limousine sustained during the client’s services; including but not limited to gum on the floor or seats, all spills, rips, tears, burns, or damage to the DVD/TV stereo, glassware, removal of chargers, and/or damage to other equipment. The client agrees to pay a service charge of $300.00 to clean any vomit or spillage in the limousine. “NO SMOKING IN STRESSFREE TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES. “
  3. Overtime will be permitted upon vehicle availability, and charged in ½ hour increments. Availability of overtime is NOT guaranteed. Overtime rates are non-negotiable and will be charged to the customer at the time the services are rendered and collected by the chauffeur in the form of a CASH or CREDIT CARD.
  4. Limousine Company reserves the right to terminate services to terminate services and/or discharge any passenger if any passenger interferes with the safe operation of the vehicle, or driver’s safety, or engages in any illegal conduct or activity; no refund will be applied.
  5. Client understands and accepts the Acts of God, unforeseen events beyond the control of the Limousine Company, for which the company shall not be liable to the customer. There shall be no recourse for any of these types of occurrences. In the event of a vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to supply a replacement vehicle.  If a replacement vehicle is sent and the customer uses the replacement vehicle, no refund is due.
  6. Itinerary or request changes to contracts are based upon availability and require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to pick up in writing via email to info@stress4lesstransport.com. The company can not be held liable for incorrect information given by the client if the company is unable to verbally confirm all details of the reservation prior to the pickup.
  7. Limousine Company shall not be liable for any items left or damaged in the Limousine and shall not be responsible for the safe-keeping of any item.
  8. Client agrees and understands that in order to reserve services, he/she must pay a nonrefundable deposit in the amount of 30% or $100.00, whichever is greater, with or without a signature. All reservations are honored on a first come first serve basis. All outstanding balances must be paid in full at least 3 days prior to the service state to guarantee the company will satisfy the terms of the contract.
  9. In the event that a balance is due, it MUST be paid to the driver upon arrival in CASH or CREDIT CARD ONLY.
  10. CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • A minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled pick-up time is required.
  • Customers failure to show up at the designated pick-up location will be charged a “No Show” fee for the entire amount of the trip. If you cannot locate your chauffeur, you must notify us by phone (301) 708-1023 to avoid a “No Show” charge.
  • All cancellations will be billed at the full rate of the contract outside of 48 hours.
  • All reservations will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation Policies are subject to change
